If you are on my page its because you are probably confronted with a legal situation. You may be facing a lawsuit, have questions about starting a company, or want advice about your employees or business. I advise individuals and businesses throughout California. I am involved from beginning to end and strive to develop a one-on-one relationship with each one of my clients. As a business owner, I know the challenges businesses face in a difficult economy. Because of this, I work very hard to assure my services are cost effective.

On the corporate side I can help you writing contracts, negotiating contracts, and solving problems within your company. On the employment side I can help you deal with employees, write handbooks and procedures, advise you on company policy and provide presentations to your staff to make sure you are keeping up with the law. Although my practice mainly focuses on business and employment I have successfully helped clients in other areas including real estate, commercial, construction, and insurance.

I graduated from UCLA in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science. In 2005, I completed a study abroad program where I studied International Business Law at Nanterre University in Paris. I received my law degree from Santa Clara University in 2006. I served on the board of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and on the Fresno Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. I’m fluent in Spanish and also speak French and a little Italian.
